REALTOR® Kristen Hartman’s colleagues describe her as friendly, positive, dependable, and resourceful, and she brings all of these qualities to helping her clients buy and sell homes. Kristen has lived in Gig Harbor for many years, and knows the Greater Gig Harbor area well. She’s ready to show you around! 

Kristen has lived in Gig Harbor for most of her life, starting in kindergarten. After growing up in the area, she moved to University Place in 1992  and was a teacher in the University Place School District.  After moving back to Gig Harbor in 2001, she and her husband Marc raised their two daughters here and she enjoyed substitute teaching in the Peninsula School District from 2012- 2020.For the past 5 years, she has worked for Windermere as a part time front desk assistant. Kristen has been told for years now that she should really become a REALTOR®, and she finally took the advice! 

When Kristen isn’t working, she loves spending time with her family, socializing, and traveling. She also enjoys hosting "Berg's Landing,” which is her family’s Wollochet Bay Beach House for short-term rental guests.
